About Me 

Hi, thanks for visiting my website. I'm a UK Athletics certified Running Coach who works with a small group of runners of all abilities, helping them to work towards achieving their running and fitness goals.

Typically these goals are related to 5k, 10k, Half or Marathon distances, on road or trail. Whether you've just signed up to your first event or are chasing down your next PB, I combine a deep knowledge of exercise science and training methods with years of experience to help you achieve your running potential, minimise the risk of injury and enjoy the process.

I’m a sub-3 hour marathon runner and compete across all distances in the Hampshire Road Race League representing Alton Running Club. 

My qualifications include: 

  • UKA Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF)

  • UKA Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF)

  • Degree in Exercise & Sports Science (BSc Hons)

Personalised Plans: A rolling monthly plan that outlines a weekly schedule and each run/session within it, tailored to your availability and goals.
Progress Tracking: See improvements with post-run data analysis, regular assessments and feedback that keep you motivated and on track.
Daily Guidance: Full WhatsApp contact to answer any questions you might have, provide day-to-day support and adapt plans or sessions when necessary.
Race Day Prep: From pacing strategies to fuelling and logistics, you'll get helpful tips and guidance for getting the most from your events and races.
